Larissa Ciuca
- Associate Director of Academic Intervention and Outreach
Larissa Ciuca (she/her/ella) serves as the Associate Director of Academic Outreach & Intervention as she leads centralized academic intervention efforts at the University of Pittsburgh. In this work, she uses data-driven strategies to address retention and graduation gaps for at-promise student populations. As a part of the Pitt CARE Team, which is a group of University collaborators serving as a centralized team to identify and resolve student academic, behavioral, and mental health concerns, she ensures that students receive comprehensive support and guidance throughout their academic journey.
Larissa holds a master’s degree Community Counseling Education and is a Certified Academic Coach through the Association for the Coaching and Tutoring Profession. Other areas of expertise for Larissa include Organizational Leadership and Ethics, Pitt’s Mental Health Champions, and Pitt’s Career Champions.
