Jen Marco
- Student Success Project Manager
Jen Marco (she/her) serves as Co-Principal Investigator on the Pitt Partners for Rural Student Success Impact and Mobility (PRSSIM) Project and as the Student Success Project Manager on the Office of the Provost's Student Success Team. In her work, Jen strives to ensure that emerging academic technology provides personalized, empowered, and meaningful experiences for students at the University, with particular attention paid to the experience of at-promise student populations and regional campus students.
Jen holds a a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a master's degree in Administration and Policy Management. She is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, certified project manager, certified Human-Centered Design practitioner, and certified group fitness instructor, specializing in group fitness for older adults.
Jen established the Project and Program Management (PPM) workstream of the Student Success Team, and she welcomes inquiries or invitations to collaborate within the areas of project management, program management, and academic technology.
